This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Liberty Ukraine Company LLC may obtain about the User.


1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Personal data” - any information that directly or indirectly relates to an individual (personal data subject).
1.1.2. “Processing of personal data” - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of LLC “Company “Liberty Ukraine” regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User.
2.2. Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the registration form and include the following information:
2.2.1. User's name;
2.2.2. message about the product or service of interest;
2.2.3. city;
2.2.4. phone number;
2.2.5. e-mail address (e-mail).


3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1. The User's personal data may be used by Liberty Ukraine Company LLC only to establish feedback with the User.


4. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The User's personal data is processed without any time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
4.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, Liberty Ukraine Company LLC shall inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
4.3. LLC “Company “Liberty Ukraine” takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.4. LLC “Company “Liberty Ukraine” together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
